Ecosphere Consulting's Leadership Training course can be run over 1 or 2 days, depending on group size, and is comprised of 6 modules as outlined below.
All training is delivered remotely by default but can be arranged on site or in retreat format as the travel situation allows.

Reflection on known issues within the organisation or potential risks based on the current organisationl status.
Introduction to the Belbin Team Archetypes framework and understanding of how different people take on roles and interact with other members of the team for the benefit or detriment of the common outcome. Looks at maximising strengths, allowable weaknesses and how to counter them, as well as intolerable weaknesses which should be addressed.
Helps leaders understand the roots of workplace conflict and ways to begin resolution before larger problems emerge. Should be paired with a formal internal escalation process.
What should a manager manage?
Basic management strategy for sustainable team performance. A simple but critical module for leaders without prior management training or experience.
Delegation and time management for leaders, as well as recognition and rectification planning for personal limitations.
A summarising workshop to review learnings, pose any questions, and start to build a plan for any changes identified which the leaders would like to implement within the organisation or their own team.
